By day, I lead full-text search efforts at turbopuffer. By night, I tinker with Zig at my software studio, The Lovely Software Corp. This website itself is open source and built from scratch in Zig (and md4c).

I sometimes worry that the internet has become too dominated by big tech and corporate interests, so I try to keep things fun and whimsical on here. I maintain a number of tier-lists of various foods, restaurants and cafes I visit. I also write daily text logs about what I'm up to, though these aren't public anymore (felt a bit invasive).
